Y’all, Living Colour rocks so hard. Whether they’re coming at us with a glam-rock kiss-off like “Glamour Boys” or a headbanging ass-kicker like “Cult of Personality,” they are here to blow us away. Their musicianship — driven by lead guitarist and primary songwriter Vernon Reid — cannot be touched. Their songs are smart, electrifying, and played with panache. And then there’s lead singer Corey Glover, who can embody a character while hitting big notes. (No wonder he spent several years playing Judas Iscariot in a touring production of Jesus Christ Superstar.)
